Q: What is OBMeet Messenger?
OBMeet Messenger is a cloud-based mobile, real-time interactive, voice and video calls, live video broadcast, voip related,
coin crypto-currency and messaging app with a focus on speed and security. OBMeet, you'll get fast, simple, secure messaging and calling for free*, available on phones all over the world.
You can send messages, photos, videos and files of any type (doc, zip, mp3, etc), as well as create groups for up to 5000 people or channels for broadcasting to unlimited audiences. You can write to your phone contacts and find people by their usernames.
As a result, OBMeet is like having SMS and email, video call, live broadcast and satellite TV, and then crowdfunding young talented people and industry entrepreneurs with cryptocurrency coin payment systems - all combined — and can take care of all your personal or business messaging needs.

OBMeet BETA version for Android and IOS will be launched in 2022. More and more OBMeet version will appear shortly..

OBMeet was built by Emmanuel Gabriel. Emmanuel's and his team handles the technological inputs.
While OVH, Deutsche Telekom supports us with massive cloud infrastructures with 260,000 machines and data-centers around the world.
Emmanuel Gabriel was born in Nigeria and legally lives in Germany. OBMeet's head office is in Bonn. Germany.
Q: Will OBMeet sell my data to advertisers?
No... We have enough money to run the company and pay our developers. If we run out of money, we will activate our premium services to keep our company running forever. However, protecting users private data is what we stand for.
Q: How will OBMeet make money since it is free?
We intend to make money from our cryptocurrency / virtual coin payment systems, third party premium bots services and through our data bundle or short codes from GSM network providers in your country.
Q: How will OBMeet deal with internet privacy?
Big internet companies have effectively hijacked the privacy discourse in the recent years.
Their marketers managed to convince the public that the most important things about privacy are superficial tools that
allow hiding your public posts or your profile pictures from the people around you. Adding these superficial tools enables
companies to calm down the public and change nothing in how they are turning over private data to marketers and other third parties.
At OBMeet two most important components of Internet privacy should be instead:
- Protecting your private conversations from snooping third parties, such as officials, employers, etc.
- Protecting your personal data and live channels logs and analysis from third parties, such as marketers, advertisers, etc.
Q: What is our reaction to illegal content on OBMeet?
OBMeet chats and group chats are private amongst their participants. We do not process any requests related to them.
Q: Is pornography or abusive language tolerated on my Live streaming channel?
Pornography or bad language is prohibited. We have special monitoring team and artificial intelligence algorithms that checks for nudity or certain abusive language keywords on users live streaming channels. If you are caught, your account will be deactivated.
Q: What is the difference between OBMeet and WhatsApp?
OBMeet is a cloud-based messenger with seamless sync, unlike WhatsApp. You can access your messages from several devices at once at anytime, including tablets, and share an unlimited number of photos, videos and files (doc, zip, mp3, etc.) of up to 1,5 GB each. And if you don't want to store that data on your device, you can always keep it in the cloud.
Q: Can you give up on data request on people's privacy & freedom of speech?
OBMeet secret chats use end-to-end encryption.
To protect the data that is not covered by end-to-end encryption, OBMeet uses a distributed Cloud infrastructure. Cloud chat data is stored in multiple data centers around the globe that are controlled by different legal entities spread across different jurisdictions.
The relevant decryption keys are split into parts and are never kept in the same place as the data they protect. In this case several court orders from different jurisdictions are required to force us to give up any data.
We can ensure that no single government or block of like-minded countries can intrude on people's privacy and freedom of expression. OBMeet can be forced to give up data only if an issue is grave and universal enough to pass the scrutiny of several different legal systems around the world.
To this day, we have disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments.
